PAULS BIOGRAPHY

From a curious childhood to more than $18M in reported trading profits.

Paul Remington Wang’s story is built around patience, risk, mistakes, and the discipline to keep studying the market long after the first excitement fades. He describes his journey as starting small, learning slowly, and eventually developing a process that could be taught to other traders.

EARLY YEARS

The childhood behind the trader.

Long before trading screens and market scanners, Paul’s early years were shaped by curiosity and a strong desire to understand systems. As a child, he was drawn to anything that rewarded focus: numbers, competition, timing, and the feeling that a small decision could change the outcome of a larger game.

That early mindset later became useful in the market. Trading demanded the same qualities he had been building quietly for years: discipline, patience, emotional control, and the ability to learn from being wrong without quitting.

2001

First Ameritrade account.

In 2001, while still in high school, Paul opened his first trading account with Ameritrade and funded it with $1,000 saved from part-time jobs. By the end of that summer, the stock values had barely changed. The experience taught him that trading was not simply about buying something and waiting — it required knowledge, timing, capital discipline, and a real strategy.

$586

The small-account restart.

Years later, Paul returned to the market with only $586 and a more serious commitment to learning. That small starting point became part of his identity: a reminder that the account size matters less than the quality of the process, the discipline behind the risk, and the willingness to study every trade.

$18M+

Reported total profit milestone.

Across his trading career, Paul reports total trading profits of more than $18 million. He presents that number as the result of years of refinement, not a typical outcome and not a promise to students or managed-account clients. The central lesson is process: protect capital, study repeatable setups, and stay accountable to risk.

DISCOVERING MOMENTUM

The pattern that changed everything.

In his early days, Paul tested different trading systems, including penny stocks, small caps, options, and short-term stock strategies. Some trades worked, many did not, and none gave him the consistency he was looking for.

After one difficult red day — including a period where his account fell below the $25,000 Pattern Day Trader threshold — Paul stepped back and reviewed his trade history instead of forcing more trades. That review revealed a clear pattern: his best trades came from stocks experiencing rapid momentum.

These were often lower-priced stocks, commonly in the $2 to $10 range, moving with unusual volatility, volume, and attention. When traded with discipline, defined risk, and fast decision-making, they offered the kind of opportunity Paul had been searching for. This discovery became the foundation of his momentum trading strategy.

BUILDING THE PLATFORM

A place for traders to progress with structure.

Paul’s goal was to build more than a website. He wanted to create a place where traders could move through their progression, discuss the journey with peers, and find the courage within themselves to become more disciplined and consistent.

As the platform has grown, that dream has become more practical: breaking news updates, real-time alerts, trading tutorials, candlestick-pattern education, trading psychology lessons, and strategy guides all work together to help traders understand the market with more clarity.

The platform continues to evolve with changing market conditions, but the core message remains the same: trading success depends on preparation, risk control, emotional discipline, and review.
