This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for course purchases, digital education, and related website purchases. It should be read together with the purchase page, Terms and Conditions, and any written agreement connected to the product or service.
General approach
Because trading education and digital resources can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased, the access already used, the time since purchase, and the written terms shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
We want legitimate customers to receive what they purchased and to understand the learning path clearly. If something is missing, inaccessible, duplicated, or unclear, contact support so the team can review the issue before it becomes a dispute.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@paulremingtonwang.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, email used for purchase, course or product name, purchase date, payment reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
Requests should be sent as soon as possible after the issue is discovered. Waiting an extended period, downloading or consuming a substantial portion of the materials, or using support resources extensively may affect eligibility.
Review process
Support will review the request, confirm the purchase record, evaluate access history where applicable, and respond with the next step. The team may ask clarifying questions or offer technical help, replacement access, account correction, or another practical solution before a refund decision is made.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and compliance review requirements.
Nonrefundable items
Certain items may be nonrefundable, including completed services, account-management commissions already earned under an agreement, customized work, downloaded digital materials, consumed course access, expired promotional access, or purchases excluded by the written terms shown at checkout.
Refunds are not provided because a trading strategy did not produce a desired result, because market conditions changed, or because a visitor expected guaranteed profits. Educational products and trading-related services cannot guarantee trading performance.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support first so the issue can be investigated quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution, restrict account access, and require the team to provide purchase records, login records, and communication history to the payment processor.
